Ballarat Carols by Candlelight is for the community and by the community. Our event relies on a team of amazing people donating their time, knowledge, skills and expertise to bring Christmas cheer to our community.

What does being an Event Volunteer involve?
 

Under the guidance of the Production Manager and Front of House Manager, your job as a volunteer may include:

• Greeting guests at the gate

• Guiding people to seating areas

• Collecting donations

• Keeping aisles clear

• Answering questions from patrons.

• Making sure the grounds are clean - all done to the best of your ability
