Volunteer Expression of Interest

Ballarat Carols by Candlelight is for the community, and by the community. Our event relies on a team of amazing people donating their time, knowledge, skills and expertise,

to bring Christmas cheer to our community.

This is a great family volunteering opportunity.

Young people aged 14 and under are welcome with a parent/guardian,

and those aged 15+ can volunteer solo, but will be paired with an adult.

Shifts are available across Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Monday 21 December.

All volunteer positions during Saturday's main event will have a view of the stage,

so you won't miss out on the fun.

What does being an Event Volunteer involve?

• Greeting guests at the gate

• Guiding people to seating areas
