Ballarat Carols by Candlelight is for the community and by the community. Our event relies on a team of amazing people donating their time, knowledge, skills and expertise to bring Christmas cheer to our community.

What does being an Event Volunteer involve?

Under the guidance of the Event Manager and the Volunteer Coordinator, your job as a volunteer may include:

• Ticket scanning

• Monitoring seating areas

• Collecting donations

• Keeping aisles clear

• Answering questions from patrons.

• Making sure the grounds are clean - all done to the best of your ability
